About Me

Based out of Bandera, Texas and spending half her time out in Far West Texas,  Becca Vizza grew up in Tuttle, Oklahoma, in a rodeo family, working on her family’s cattle and exotic wildlife ranch. She is a second-generation cattle rancher and exotic wildlife breeder with a lifelong connection to the livestock, ranching, rodeo, and hunting industries.

Becca has been active in 4-H and FFA since fifth grade, where she showed cattle and swine and participated in livestock judging. She continues to be actively involved in the livestock industry, judging livestock shows across the region and occasionally showing cattle in open shows.

Her experience extends beyond real estate. Becca is highly involved in rodeo, hunting, cattle shows, livestock sales, cattle operations, and exotic wildlife sales. Her firsthand experience working with cattle, livestock producers, ranch owners, and buyers gives her a practical understanding of the properties and people she represents.

Becca is an active member of the Texas Longhorn Breeders Association, Texas & Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association, New Mexico Cattle Growers’ Association, American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL), Exotic Wildlife Association, Chili Appreciation Society International (CASI), West Texas Chapter of SCI, Hill Country Chapter of SCI, and Safari Club International (SCI).

She also serves as a Board Member of the Hill Country Chapter of SCI and Chili Appreciation Society International (CASI), further reflecting her commitment to the ranching, hunting, livestock, and Western communities she serves.

After graduating college with a degree in Real Estate and obtaining her Landman credentials, Becca began her career specializing in farm and ranch real estate. Today, she works with buyers and sellers throughout Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, and Oklahoma, helping clients navigate the purchase and sale of ranches, farms, recreational properties, hunting ranches, cattle operations, and rural land.

With a background that combines real estate, land research, ranch operations, cattle, livestock, and rural property marketing, Becca brings more than a professional perspective to every transaction—she brings real-world ranch experience and a genuine understanding of the land and the people who live and work on it.
